EntryStub is an online self-served event ticketing platform that gives Event Organizers the ability to sell tickets and promote events.
Event Organizers can create a free profile on EntryStub, follow a few simple steps, then you are ready to start selling tickets to your event. Once a profile is created, Event Organizers can create an event, add detailed event information such as time, location, date, venue, ticket prices, and event logos\flyers. Event Organizers can edit their event at any time. Event Organizers will also have the option to promote events and sell tickets from their website and social media platforms. When a ticket is purchased, a detailed email notification will be sent to the Event Organizer, along with being added to the event’s sales report. To speed up the entry process and decrease the chances of a ticket being used multiple times, ticket holders can be checked in with the QR code printed on the ticket. Once an event has concluded, the Event Organizer will receive an immediate post event analysis report and a payout within 7 business days.
Event Attendees can easily search for any event by Venue, Title, Location, and Date. Event Attendees selects the event of choice, then purchase a ticket(s) using our secured online payment processing gateway. Once the payment has been approved the event attendee will receive a conformation email containing a receipt and the event ticket(s). Event Attendees will have the options of printing their ticket(s) for entry or showing it at the door directly from their mobile device.
It’s never an upfront charge or monthly service fee to use EntryStub. If the event is free to attend, there is no cost to use EntryStub as a ticket provider. Fee’s will only apply if there is a cost associated to attend an event, which can be added or deducted from to the original price of the ticket.
